At RPL‑IT, we are committed to providing high‑quality, professionally written ACS RPL Project Reports that comply with the official requirements of the Australian Computer Society (ACS). We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a clear and transparent refund policy to protect our clients’ interests.
1. Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You have purchased an ACS RPL Project Report writing service from RPL‑IT.
- The RPL Project Report(s) delivered by us were submitted unchanged to the Australian Computer Society.
- The Australian Computer Society issues a negative skills assessment result based on the submitted RPL Project Report(s).
- The negative result is not due to false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
When these conditions are satisfied, RPL‑IT will issue a 100% refund of the service fee paid.
2. What Is Covered by This Refund Policy
This refund policy applies specifically to:
- ACS RPL Project Report writing services
- RPL Project Reports prepared according to ACS guidelines
- Submissions made for Migration Skills Assessment purposes
The refund covers the full amount paid for the RPL writing service, excluding any third‑party fees such as ACS application fees.
3. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund
A refund will not be provided in the following situations:
- The client submits modified, partially edited, or externally altered RPL Project Reports.
- The negative assessment result is due to:
- Incorrect or false employment history
- Inaccurate project details supplied by the client
- Inconsistent information between documents submitted to ACS
- The client fails to follow ACS submission requirements or deadlines.
- The RPL Project Report is not submitted to ACS.
- The client withdraws the application or decides not to proceed.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must provide:
- A copy of the official ACS negative assessment outcome letter.
- Proof that the RPL Project Report submitted to ACS is the same version delivered by RPL‑IT.
- The original order confirmation or invoice.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the ACS outcome.
All refund requests will be reviewed carefully to ensure fairness and compliance with this policy.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.
6. Our Commitment to Quality and Integrity
RPL‑IT prepares each ACS RPL Project Report individually, based on the client’s real professional experience and nominated ANZSCO occupation. We do not use templates, recycled content, or generic material. Our goal is to ensure that every report meets ACS standards and reflects the applicant’s skills accurately.
